André has a Diploma in Business Economics attending the Universities in Wuerzburg/ Germany and New York/ USA. Before founding SYNAPSY, André worked as Corporate Development Manager for the German Brodos AG, one of the first movers in the telecommunication services provider arena.

Responsible for the strategic business development as well as structuring the Public Relations, he collected detailed & intimate know-how about the market, competition & technological developments in the telecom and e-business market.

This know-how has helped him building up SYNAPSY as one of the leading service providers for mobile business services.

Waldemar Mehlmann-Selin

Sales & Finance

Waldemar has two Diplomas in economics & e-machanic attending Universities in Germany & Russia. Working as a controller for Brodos AG also, Waldemar completely restructured the financial department.

With his in-depth know-how he is head of the financial department of SYNAPSY and within the years working for SYNAPSY he found his love for sales related topics made him till today to a full blood sales professional working together with internatially known customer.

The former power athlete uses his rare free time mainly with sports activities like daily jogging & workouts.
